• Lyft Healthcare and Uber Health contract directly with different healthcare systems where participating providers can coordinate services for their post hospitalization or homebound patients such as non-emergency medical transportation to/from appointments, delivery of prescriptions, groceries, etc. Check with your health plan or health care provider if you’re eligible for these services.
